On this special day retreat, you will experience Yoga in a deep and profound way through the direct experience of the Living Heart. Sri Ramakrishna, that great saint of yoga, tells us there are two paths to living a natural human life (what some call ‘enlightenment’). There is the long path where we try to understand everything through the mind. Or the short path through the direct awareness of the heart.

Join Vishwam Gurudas Heckert, a well-loved and loving teacher returning to Matlock for the first time in over two years, in this great adventure of the Heart.

Your Host

Vishwam Gurudas Heckert is a heart minister, yoga teacher & trainer, and wellbeing coach living in Shetland. His approach to yoga is heart-centred, playful and deep - inviting you to find the level of physical challenge which revitalises your being down to the deepest level.

Vishwam is the founder of Flowing with Life and part of the Yoga Teacher Training Team at Heart Of Living Yoga. He is a devoted student of Padma Devi Sumananda. Vishwam is grateful beyond words for being gently shown the possibility of living in the heart and honoured to share these teachings widely.

We invite a financial contribution of £45/person or £40/each if you bring a friend. Early booking advised! If you heart is calling you to join in and finances are an obstacle, please get in touch. Maybe we can help. 25% of all proceeds will go to support the life saving work of the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation.

Also, please bring something veggie to share for lunch or we’ll all be hungry. If you have any particular dietary needs, be sure to bring something you can eat.
