Gentle Heart Yoga

Gentle Heart Yoga offers an accessible approach to yoga practice. If you can breathe, you can do yoga!

This class is a perfect way to relieve stress, promote natural healing and discover the peace at the heart of all being.

Classes are offered live online on Tuesdays 11am-noon GMT or afterwards by recording.


Classes are led by Vishwam who has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. He has dedicated himself to the study of Yoga with 500+ hours of training, including a year of Gentle Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training (2015) with Rev. Padma Devi, founder of Heart Of Living Yoga.
