Taking time for yourself to let go of the stresses and strains of daily life is a wonderful gift to everyone, including yourself. We all know what it’s like to get caught up in a busy mind. Fortunately, with practice we can help calm the mind and experience the peace of the heart.
Come prepared to gently challenge your body, soothe your mind and open your heart. The morning will include physical yoga postures (adaptable for every body) as well as heart meditation, breathing practices and handy tips for undoing stress and anxiety. All the practices shared are simple and adaptable - with practice anyone can experience the benefits of yoga.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (or borrow one of ours), a blanket, cushion and water bottle. A selection of herb teas will be provided.
