About your host
Vishwam is a visiting yoga teacher, normally based in Shetland. He has been practising yoga for nearly a quarter century and teaching for over a decade. He is the founder of Flowing with Life and a member of the Yoga Teacher Training Team at the Heart Of Living yoga Foundation. He is also a yoga minister, writer and permaculture practitioner as well as one of the organisers of Heart Festival (24-27th August near Bath).
