Dear men,
This is an invitation to what may be the greatest challenge of your life: to let yourself open to the fullness of your being - not just what you were taught was acceptable for boys or men. The strength it takes to embrace your softness, your gentleness, your deep capacity for love and for joy, is tremendous.
The course is designed to help you find the strength to open up to yourself, to Life, in a fuller and deeper way than maybe you ever have before. Probably, fear will arise. And together, we can welcome it. Together, we can stay open to emotions, to challenges, to Life.
Drawing on the ancient wisdom of Yoga including breathing practices, heart meditation, deep relaxation and special methods of releasing old patterns of thought and emotion (e.g., stress!), we will discover that our relationships with ourselves, our (prospective) partners, families, friends, work and all of Life are transformed in the most wonderful ways.
As part of our scientific investigation of the effects of these practices, we will have space to share our experiences of their effects so we can also learn from each other. We are all teach-learners here. We will also have an optional WhatsApp group for anyone who wishes to join to stay connected between classes.

What you get
In addition to the weekly group gatherings & the WhatsApp group, we will have homeplay activities to practice between sessions. You are also warmly invited to get in touch with me for 2 personal Zoom sessions with me over the six weeks if that seems that might be helpful. Sessions will be recorded for you to go back to and enjoy again and again and/or in case you need to miss a week.
I look forward to seeing many of you there and hearing any questions you may have.
Love,
Vishwam & Govinda
“What is a spiritual hero? Perhaps its someone who bears the unbearable without closing down. Someone who keeps their heart open. … when we armour the heart, we may feel protected and less vulnerable. But the heart is becoming deadened and cut off from what it needs. Cut off from life and love. Cut off from the Divine. In those situations, armouring the heart is the opposite of what we actually need to do — which is to open the heart. That is the time we most need to reconnect with the living Source of all joy, love & peace which is flowing through our heart.”
