We all need a place where we feel safe, held & loved. And probably we want it to be reliable, steady and simple. Fortunately, this place exists within us all. Some have called it the Cave of the Heart – not the physical heart or the emotional one, but the spiritual heart.
On this magical day retreat, we will be discovering this inner peaceful, joyful and loving space within through yoga, meditation and mantra. We will also be making a special pilgrimage to a cave sacred to Mary Magdalene as well as to our ancient Pictish and Celtic ancestors.
All welcome!
Please bring your yoga mat, blanket and cushion, a notebook and pen, a water bottle and something vegetarian for our shared lunch. It always seems to work out perfectly and we all enjoy a much nicer meal than if we each brought a pack lunch!
For the cave you may wish to bring a jacket or picnic blanket to sit on the floor - there is a small bench for those who prefer. The cave is accessed by steps. If that is not an option for you, Prasanna who is a wonderful yoga teacher assisting on the day will remain with you in the hall to enjoy a beautiful heart meditation together, tuning into the Cave of the Heart.
