Join Vishwam Gurudas Heckert and friends for a very beautiful day connecting with the very Heart Of Love. So many of us are looking for love, not realising it’s been right here all along, waiting patiently for us to stop trying so hard and simply come home to our own hearts. Through very simple heart practices, shared by the beautiful Heart Of Living Yoga tradition, we can connect directly with the Heart Of Love which is alive and well in each and everyone one of us.
You are warmly invited to join us for either a morning of yoga, an afternoon of writing or both.

Heart Of Living Yoga Morning
Together we will experience heavenly heart practices of sitting meditation, the moving meditation that is Yoga, and ways of breathing that help us all come into our natural harmony and balance with Life Itself.
There’s no need to just put up with the patterns and habits of our culture and our everyday minds like we put up with the weather. We can support the healing and transformation of ourselves and our world with loving practice, patience and support. Hooray!
Everyone is welcome! The cost for this morning of Heart Fullness is just £30.
Resting & Writing Afternoon
After lunch we’ll enjoy a beautiful guided hridaya nidra (or heart rest) to support healthy digestion and remind us all how deeply our bodies and minds can relax while we enjoy the spacious peace of the heart.
Afterwards, we will have a special time in which to breath, to reconnect with the heart and have space to write in a relaxed, meditative and open-hearted way.
Over years of running heart meditation and writing workshops, we’ve discovered that the most beautiful words flow naturally from the heart when we let them. There will be space to share for those who wish to.
Everyone is welcome! The cost for this heavenly afternoon is just £20
Or join us for a full day retreat for just £45.
10% of all proceeds go to support the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation’s
