Rewild your Life!

All sessions recorded so don’t worry if you need to miss some.

Rewild your Life!

Nourishing every aspect of your life — including home, work, mind & body — not only helps you thrive. It helps the planet. Rewilding includes us humans, too! We are part of the Earth.

The holistic and empowering approach of the course will both increase your awareness and provide you with practical skills and information to rewild your life. With the support of course tutors and your peers, you will experience the liberating joy of applying permaculture design principals and the sister sciences of heart-centred Ayurveda & Yoga to address any challenges you may be facing in life.

Vishwam Heckert, PhD & Govinda Dean have been working professionally for a combined 20 years to support others to incorporate life changing practices into their lives and seen the tremendous benefits they bring. Of course, it was seeing their own lives dramatically improve through self care that encouraged them to train deeply in order to share these techniques and wisdom teachings.

Permaculture is an ethical design process inspired by indigenous science and the observation of how natural systems thrive. We can apply this process to any aspect of our lives, not just gardening!

Ayurveda is an ecologically inspired holistic approach to health and healing, practised successfully for thousands of years.

Yoga is a complete science of liberation through reintegrating our whole self. Exploring the way we move, think, breathe and live can offer profound insights into what is holding us back from shining and naturally help those barriers drop away.

Sessions will include

  • A practical look at how permaculture principals can be applied to our health and wellbeing.

  • Gentle Therapeutic Chair Yoga designed to help regenerate our systems by stimulating flow of healthy digestion, lymph, blood and prana – the life force. Gentle chair yoga helps us see how easy it is to bring these healing movements into our daily lives.

  • Ayurvedic wisdom to discover the diet that suits you as well as gentle practices of self-care.

  • Heart meditation to experience your natural ease and peace with life.

  • Cleansing breath work to release emotional stress, rebalance blood gases & revitalise your life.

  • An honest look at our homes and making changes to care for the environment we spend so much time in.

  • Reconsidering your relationship with work (whether paid or not) and how you really want to live.

  • Discovering hidden sources of stress in our lives and helping to eliminate the causes of dis-ease.

Who would benefit?

This course will be especially helpful for experience health concerns that modern medicine doesn’t seem to be able to help and for anyone wanting to experience a fresh and vibrant way of living.

What you will receive

  • 12 hours live online sessions

  • Recordings of sessions to enjoy again and again

  • Resource list of recommended readings, videos & guided meditations

  • Peer support and inspiration between sessions via a private WhatsApp group

What you are invited to give

The course fee is £108. If you are on a low income, please get in touch about bursary places. If you feel you are on a comfortable income and wish to contribute extra to help support those in need, please let us know. 10% of course fees go directly to support the work of the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation which is working with some of the poorest families in Sri Lanka, Brazil, the USA and UK. These include members of indigenous communities who are at the forefront of rewilding the Earth.

We ask you to give yourself the time and space to immerse yourself these six sessions – clearing your diary, switching off your phone if possible, and making this time for you. If you need to miss one, don’t worry. We understand!
