Solidarity rate - £25 for NHS Staff and other care workers, people in recovery, workers on strike. If this would put the day beyond your reach and your heart is calling to be part of the adventure, please get in touch. Maybe we can help.
Supported rate - £45 for those who are feeling stretched budget-wise and want to be part of the event.
Standard rate - £55 for those who are able to contribute to cover the cost of attendance.
Supporter rate - £65 for those who want to give extra to support those who couldn’t afford the standard rate.

10% of all proceeds go to support the charity work of the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation, supporting underprivileged children and their families in Sri Lanka, Brasil, India & the U.K.

Your Host
Vishwam is a Heart Of Living Yoga teacher, teacher trainer and minister who has been practising yoga for over 25 years and teaching for over a decade. He is a a former resident of both Fife and Edinburgh, and now lives in Shetland where he teaches both in person and online. Vishwam is also loves to share permaculture from a heart-centred perspective.
Coming to live in the heart, he’s discovering every day deeper and deeper possibilities of the endless peace and joy we are all yearning for. It is his honour and delight to share this peace and joy with one and all.
Vishwam has taught students from age 8 to 80 and with a wide range of physical capacities and health concerns. With over 500 hours of training, including gentle therapeutic yoga, he adapts his teaching style to the needs of those in the room. Every body is welcome.
