Flowing in the Field of Life

flowing in the field of life.jpg

Joining together in a beautiful field on the banks of the Derwent River, we will be honouring the flow of life. Each of us contributing to the creation of a central mandala, offering our gratitude to Mother Earth, we form the centre of the wheel around which our yoga mats will be laid. Tuning in to the peace and gentleness of the heart, our bodies will flow together in celebration of life, each finding our own unique expression. Following this divine yoga experience, we will walk down to the river's edge to offer a heart blessing of the waters – a powerful ceremony to contribute to the healing of our world. Is your heart saying, yes?

In order to enjoy a spacious experience, only 12 places are available for this very special event. To book your place, please contact vishwam@flowingwithlife.org ~ Suggested contribution is £20. If you would like to join us and are facing financial hardship, please get in touch.

Please bring your mat, lovely layered clothes for autumn outdoor yoga, blanket(s), a thermos flask of herb tea and/or a bottle of water. For our mandala making, we will be gathering natural materials from the field. You may also wish to bring flowers, stones or other similar items to include. You are warmly welcome to bring a pack lunch to enjoy at an informal picnic after the end of the session. Please note, this will be a proper outdoor experience (no indoor loos, but plenty of shrubbery to offer privacy). Please bring any supplies you might need.

The Elephant Rooms are delighted to have Flowing with Life Founder and Heart Of Living Yoga Teacher Trainer, Vishwam Heckert, coming to host this first event at our newest space for connection and transformation. Vishwam has been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 10. His style is playful, gentle and deep.
