It’s easy to forget that simply being alive is a miracle. Let’s not take it for granted, but celebrate! Even when it’s tough, there’s something amazing in simply being here, now.
We’ll begin with an opening circle, connecting to our hearts, to each other and to Life Itself. The dance floor will open with some great uplifting tunes to get your heart singing, your body flowing, and your whole being smiling. We’ll have the option to move into the break out room any time to rest and connect with others. Bring your own tea or other favourite soft drink.
This is a sacred space, honouring your body, your breath, your way of moving and being. You can have your camera on or off. You can be still and let the music wash over you. You go outside and listen on headphones or dance away in your favourite room. This is a celebration of Life Itself, for you to enjoy in your own way. If your celebration includes laughter or tears, let all be welcome. Let Life flow through you. This is a safe space.
A break out room (or more than one if needed) will also be available to serve as a relaxing space away from the dance floor where you can chat with other celebrants, connecting with old friends or making new ones.
The evening will close with a guided deep relaxation, so you’ll want to have your yoga nesting supplies available (mat or mattress, blanket, pillows, and maybe a light scarf to cover your eyes). It’s going to be Divine.
